All YNOT bags and sewn accessories come with a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY to be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. This applies only to the original owner. If your bag requires repair due to what we deem abnormal usage or normal wear and tear, we will contact you for approval before repairing the bag at your cost.

Special limited edition fabrics that we may offer from time to time have not gone through our normally extensive testing for durability and as a result, there is no warranty on these materials.

Shipping
We are committed to bring our products to everyone in the world. Our service delivers to most countries in the world and is dedicated to meeting a variety of shipping needs.

Shipping is free on U.S. and Canadian orders over $250 use code FREESHIP250. Otherwise, You can estimate the shipping costs in your cart and during the checkout.

Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in USA and Canada, 3 to 8 in Europe. 5 to 15 for the rest of the world.

Returns
You can return products you ordered from YNOT's website (except custom products) within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused, has the original packaging and is otherwise in new condition. Before sending an item to YNOT for return please contact us for instructions.

All of our bags and accessories are handmade in Canada. From design and prototyping, to manufacturing and shipping, every stage of our production is done in-house here in Toronto. Much of our fabric and plastic hardware is made in the United States, and some material is even made in Canada!
