Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days in USA and Canada, 4 to 10 in Europe, and up to 21 days worldwide.

Returns
You can return products you ordered from YNOT's website (except custom products) within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, has the original packaging and is otherwise in like-new condition.
