If you have a Pan-Yay, Kassi, or Catch with pannier hardware consisting of a black rail and grey hooks, you can use this retrofit kit to replace the grey hooks.

The length is adjustable and intended to attach to the top of your rack from the opposite side from which the pannier is hanging.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the grey hooks by sliding them off the sides of the rail while holding the appropriate plastic tabs.

Loosen the rail so that you can feed the retrofit webbing behind the rail.

Unthread the webbing from the included tri-glide so you can pass it behind the rail, then re-thread it as it was when you received it (or refer to the photo). Set the length as appropriate for your bag & rack.

Re-tighten the black pannier rail.
